Of course Melissa, you can!
Kindly go to Android–>Advanced Restrictions. You will be able to find the ‘Install apps from unknown sources’ option. On unchecking the corresponding checkbox to it, the user will be blocked from installing apps from unknown sources and users cannot turn it back on.
Please note to associate targets and save the policy.
