Was using the Knox service plugin to configure a few of my devices. Finding some issues with APN settings. It works when the devices are enrolled as devices owners but not when it is enrolled as profile owners. Anyone else with this same issue? Should I use the APN settings in the Henxode portal as a workaround?

Hello Alfred,

The APN Settings in the OEMConfig app, Knox Service Plugin, only applies to devices enrolled as device owner. For Knox activated devices, you can also use the APN settings in the Hexnode portal. However, you cannot configure APN for devices enrolled as profile owner.
