Hey guys. Is there any way to know which technician deleted the Android Enterprise configuration from the Hexnode portal? Our organization recently added new technicians to the portal, and we are doubtful that one of them may have accidentally removed the configuration.

Hello @skylar-a , Welcome to Hexnode Connect!

You can use Hexnode’s Audit Reports to identify the technician who disenrolled the organization from Android Enterprise. These reports provide a detailed log of all the actions and events that occur in the Hexnode UEM portal. Here’s how you can generate the report:

  1. On your Hexnode UEM console, navigate to Reports > Audit Reports.
  2. Select Audit History from the available report types.
  3. Customize the report by selecting the required columns.
  4. Click Export to save the report as a PDF or CSV file. Additionally, the report can be scheduled to be sent via email.

The report generated will show the required event as ‘Android Enterprise disenrolled’ along with the email of the corresponding technician who disenrolled the organization.

Check out our help document to know more about the different types of audit reports.

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Thank you, it helped. Can you specify how I can generate a daily report without doing it manually?

Hi again. You can generate a daily report using the ‘Schedule Report’ option available in the Hexnode UEM portal.

Here are the steps to schedule a report:

  1. Navigate to the Reports tab in the Hexnode UEM portal.
  2. After selecting the required type of report, select ‘Schedule Report’.
  3. Select the report type – Public or Private.
  4. Choose a download link validity period ranging from 1 month to 3 months.
  5. Configure the time settings for sending the report. You can select Daily to generate a daily report.
  6. The Select report category and Select report options would be auto filled based on the selected report.
  7. Provide the Recipient email address(es), Email subject, and Email body as required.
  8. Click on Save.

For more information, check out our help document on scheduling reports.
Hope this helped. Thank you!
