Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us. Happy to help.
Hexnode supports the Samsung Knox device enrollment method and the Android Zero-Touch Enrollment method. The device will get enrolled in the MDM as soon as the user power on the device and connect to a network.
The Knox Mobile Enrollment is supported on Samsung Knox devices running Knox version 2.4 or higher. For Android Enterprise enrollment, devices should be running Knox version 2.8 or above. Click here to know more about Knox Enrollment Method.
Android Zero-Touch enrollment is supported on devices running on Android Oreo (8.0 and later) or Pixel phone with Android Nougat (7.0). The device should be purchased directly from a Zero-touch reseller partner/Google partner and not from a consumer store. Click here to know more about Android Zero-Touch Enrollment.

And for iOS?
Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.
The Device Enrollment Program can be used for enrolling the iOS devices such that the devices can be managed right out-of-box. Once the device is switched on and connected to the network, it will get immediately configured without the need of manually doing it. The organization should be registered with DEP to enroll and configure the devices.
The devices should be purchased directly from Apple or from an Authorized Apple Reseller on or after March 1, 2011 or later to be enrolled in DEP. Also, the device must use iOS 7 or later.
Kindly use the help link to know more about DEP.
Cheers!
