We’ve recently introduced a few new additions to our Firewall policy, and we’re excited to announce two more. This time, our focus is on Firewall logs. These logs provide insights into network traffic and help in identifying and blocking malicious sources attempting to breach network security.
The newly added options are:
- Enable logging – When selected, enables the firewall logging in the device to get reports of all connections approved/denied by the firewall.
- Logging level – Gives IT admins the option to select one of the following levels of logging for firewall –
- Throttled – Collects only a limited amount of logs.
- Brief – Collects single entry for each firewall event.
- Detailed – Collects a detailed log of the events.
Please refer to our help document on Firewall policy for a detailed explanation of the newly added options. Feel free to reach out to us in case of any queries or concerns.
Best regards,
Chloe Edison
