Account driven enrollment for Apple devicesSolved

We’re excited to announce that Hexnode UEM has expanded its enrollment options to include Account driven enrollment!
Account driven enrollment is the latest method introduced for enrolling devices into UEMs. With this approach, end users can enroll their devices directly using a managed Apple ID provided by their organization, rather than downloading a UEM profile from an external link. This method replaces profile-based enrollment for both user-owned BYOD devices and company owned devices that can’t use Apple’s Device Enrollment Program (DEP).

Please note that Account driven enrollment is supported on devices running iOS 17, iPadOS 17, macOS 14, visionOS 1.1, or later versions.

For detailed, step-by-step guidance on setting up Account driven enrollment for your Apple devices, refer to our help document.

We’d love to hear your feedback and suggestions on this new addition; do reach out to us here on Hexnode Connect!

Best regards,
Chloe Edison
