What are pre-approved iOS devices in Hexnode and how do they enroll via ABM?

I’m setting up iOS devices in Hexnode and noticed the term “Pre-Approved Device.” What exactly does this mean? Also, if the device is already in Apple Business Manager, how do I enroll it into Hexnode?
