iPad not appearing in managed devices after AB integration

Hi team, I’m having some trouble with a new iPad. I’ve successfully added the device to our Apple Business account, but for some reason, it isn't showing up under the Devices tab in my Hexnode portal. Am I missing a step in the sync process?

We’re looking into SCEP for our iPhones, but I’m a bit worried about the long term. What happens when these certificates expire? I really don't want to be stuck manually re-pushing policies to hundreds of devices every time a certificate hits its end date.
