Hi team, Is it possible to get back a user who has been disenrolled from Hexnode UEM?
Is it possible to enroll an Android device into Hexnode UEM without doing a factory reset? I’ve heard some MDM providers allow enrollment through USB debugging, so the device data isn’t wiped.
Hi everyone, I’m honestly a bit confused right now! We have nearly 75 devices that need to be disenrolled, and entering the 2FA verification code for every single device is becoming really frustrating. Also, is there any way to view all the devices that are yet to be marked as disenrolled? That would really help me keep track of everything.
I’ve tried enrolling iOS devices through ADE enrollment and created enrollment profiles for the same. I had given a department name under General settings in the enrollment profile for the devices during enrollment. But now, after enrollment I find that the department name is not mapped to the Department field under device details for the corresponding enrolled devices. We…
Hey everyone, I have a question regarding the FileVault in macOS. I just reset one of my MacBook Airs, and it seems to be locked by FileVault and is asking for some recovery key or something? Where do I find this recovery key?
Confusion between license removal and disenrollment. Are they the same?
Hey everyone, we’re running into a strange issue with Google Workspace sync. When we try to enroll a user using their email, the user just doesn’t show up in Manage > Users in Hexnode. The domain is already connected with Hexnode, and this user was added recently in Google Admin also. Sync keeps failing though, and the user never gets pulled into Hexnode.
Hi everyone, we’re evaluating BYOD support in Hexnode UEM for both macOS and Windows devices. I’ve gone through the general documentation, but it mostly covers high-level enrollment methods. Could someone clarify: What are the actual BYOD management options available for macOS? Is there a true BYOD enrollment for Windows, or any recommended workaround? Looking for something more detailed than the…
I am trying to remove old work accounts from a Windows device, but I am running into issues during cleanup. Even after removing the account from Accounts > Access work or school, I still see related entries under Enrollments in the registry. When I try to delete them, Windows throws errors saying the items cannot…
Hey folks — quick question. How do you onboard a Samsung Galaxy device into Hexnode? For Apple, we use Apple Business Manager and Apple Configurator. What’s the Samsung Galaxy version of that setup?
Our developers mainly use MacOS. However, there are a few that would like to run linux. We have certain policies in our organization that describe the requirements that need to be met inorder to use in this case operating systems. A big one is making sure that de disks are encrypted and the encryption key…
When deleting an item from a group, there is a check box that says "Remember". Make it remember my action between sessions. I know it is removed.Make it a setting that is toggleable inside my account
We're transitioning from one mdm software to hexnode, and running into an issue with our Network Certificates. If there was a way to specify enrollment type without having the scan the QR code to ensure that the devices are going to Android Enterprise mode so we can push the cert, that would be incredibly helpful.…
Hello, It would be nice to have a policy to limit the number of registered devices for users. For example, I would only like to limit 1 macbook per user. This way the user is not able to register another device until we remove them as owner of their current device.
Hey Team, Can an option to run a script be added while enrolling via DEP Configuration Profile like we have the option to create a user?
I have been a long-time user of Microsoft LAPS and would like to have similar functionality in Hexnode across different operating systems. Local Administrator Password Solution (LAPS) is a function that prevents using the same administrative passwords across different endpoints/devices. It regularly changes the passwords and enables management software to retrieve the correct password for…
