Switched to authenticated enrollment and now devices won’t auto-assign to default user

Hi all! I recently switched from open enrollment to authenticated enrollment in Hexnode UEM. Earlier, devices were enrolling directly and getting assigned to my default user (my email). Now, when I try to enroll another iPad, the enrollment request goes to my email, and it requires credential verification during setup. Windows devices enrolling as “Default User” instead of Google Workspace authenticated user.

Hi team, we are enrolling our Windows devices using Hexnode portal. We expect the users to authenticate it using their Google credentials during enrollment, but devices are getting enrolled under default user instead. Is there any configuration required to enable Google Authentication?

Disenrolling Multiple Devices Without 2FA Verification

Hi everyone, I’m honestly a bit confused right now! We have nearly 75 devices that need to be disenrolled, and entering the 2FA verification code for every single device is becoming really frustrating. Also, is there any way to view all the devices that are yet to be marked as disenrolled? That would really help me keep track of everything.

Google Workspace sync issue – new users not showing up

Hey everyone, we’re running into a strange issue with Google Workspace sync. When we try to enroll a user using their email, the user just doesn’t show up in Manage > Users in Hexnode. The domain is already connected with Hexnode, and this user was added recently in Google Admin also. Sync keeps failing though, and the user never gets pulled into Hexnode.

Policy to limit device assigned per user

Hello, It would be nice to have a policy to limit the number of registered devices for users. For example, I would only like to limit 1 macbook per user. This way the user is not able to register another device until we remove them as owner of their current device.
