Error during iPad enrollment via ABM

I’m trying to enroll my iPad via Apple Business Manager (ABM), but I keep getting this error: “The configuration from your iPad could not be downloaded. The configuration is not available.” Has anyone else faced this issue?

Windows 11 enrollment keep rejecting valid credentials. What am I missing?

Hi everyone, I’m trying to enroll a Windows 11 device, but during enrollment it keeps rejecting the email and password. I’m sure the credentials are correct, but it just won’t go through. Has anyone seen this before?

Hi all! I recently switched from open enrollment to authenticated enrollment in Hexnode UEM. Earlier, devices were enrolling directly and getting assigned to my default user (my email). Windows devices enrolling as “Default User” instead of Google Workspace authenticated user.

Hi team, we are enrolling our Windows devices using Hexnode portal. We expect the users to authenticate it using their Google credentials during enrollment, but devices are getting enrolled under default user instead. Is there any configuration required to enable Google Authentication?

Disenrolling Multiple Devices Without 2FA Verification

Hi everyone, I’m honestly a bit confused right now! We have nearly 75 devices that need to be disenrolled, and entering the 2FA verification code for every single device is becoming really frustrating. Hello, It would be nice to have a policy to limit the number of registered devices for users. For example, I would only like to limit 1 macbook per user. This way the user is not able to register another device until we remove them as owner of their current device.
