Unable to Enroll Windows Device – Login Fails Even with Correct Credentials

I’m trying to enroll a Windows device using the Hexnode installer, but I keep getting a login failure. I’m entering the same credentials I use to log in to the Hexnode dashboard, and they’re definitely correct. Does anyone have a fix for this?

Error in finding Windows endpoints with auto discovery

Hey everyone, I recently tried to enroll one of the Windows devices in my organization from the Access Work or School from the device settings, but it shows that “We couldn't auto-discover a management endpoint” after entering the work email address. The authenticated enrollment request was even generated from my Hexnode portal. Still no luck, can anyone help me?

Error while enrolling macOS devices

Hey, I tried enrolling one of my macOS devices into Hexnode using the portal URL, but I got this error: “Profile-driven enrollment is currently blocked by your organization. Please contact your IT admin for further assistance.” Is there a way to troubleshoot this? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks.

Disenrolled the device but some settings are still stuck

I’m running into something odd and hoping someone here has seen this before. I just disenrolled a Windows device, and everything seemed to complete fine. But when I try running the setup package again, it refuses and says the device is already associated. Any idea what might be hanging around?

Policy to limit device assigned per user

Hello, It would be nice to have a policy to limit the number of registered devices for users. For example, I would only like to limit 1 macbook per user. This way the user is not able to register another device until we remove them as owner of their current device.
