Allow unknown app installation on Android Enterprise Device Owner devices

I’m managing Android Enterprise devices in Device Owner mode and need to allow users to install APKs or apps from unknown sources. I couldn’t find where to enable this permission in Hexnode. Is there a policy setting for this?
