Why isn't the Jira Cloud app being visible in Hexnode after adding it to ABM?

Hola everyone, I added the Jira Cloud app to Apple Business Manager (ABM) and now I’m trying to include it in a multi-app kiosk policy. But I can’t seem to find it under the apps list in Hexnode. Am I missing a step here?

New devices not synced in ADE

Hey, is there any reason as to why my new devices are not showing up in the Hexnode portal? I used Apple Business Manager to enroll them to my portal, and the ABM integration does not seem to have any issues.

Expired ADE account

Hi team, I’m facing an issue with one of my Apple devices. The device seems to be syncing, and I can see that the device’s last check-in was about 7minutes ago, but when I try to assign a device or push a configuration, it keeps failing and says that the configuration couldn’t be downloaded. I’m not sure what’s going wrong here. Could you please help?

Activation Lock on Mac after Remote Wipe

Hi team, I did a remote wipe on a Mac, and when it comes back up, it has an activation lock. I checked Hexnode, and it shows no activation lock. I’ve tried every Apple account we have, but nothing seems to work. Any thoughts?

ADE renewal

Hey, we’re seeing an issue where our ADE profile failed to sync in Hexnode due to unaccepted Apple terms. However, when we checked Apple Business Manager (ABM) and the Apple Certificates portal, there were no new terms presented for acceptance. Has anyone else faced this?
