Facetime and iMessages are greyed out, even though they are Required Apps
Hey everyone, our organization recently purchased a few iPhone16 devices. We have provided managed Apple IDs to be used with these devices to our employees. The problem now is that the iMessage and FaceTime apps are greyed out in the devices, even though the Required Apps, which were configured under our main iOS policy, were applied for both these apps.
