cannot retrieve app from the windows store

I am trying to add Zoom Workplace & MS Teams from the windows store in the portal but both are failing. The error I am getting is 'Cannot retrieve app from the windows store.' Is there any solution here?

Possible to completely disable usb connection on iphone?

Best case scenario would be to be able to wipe the phone on usb connect, although im not sure if its possible. Secone best case scenario would be to disable the iphone from connecting to any usb connection.
