Wi-Fi Hotspot on android device

Hi everyone, I’m trying to enable the personal hotspot on my Android device that’s locked down in kiosk mode with Hexnode. I’ve been looking around but can’t find any way to turn it on. Does anyone know how to get this working?

iPad keeps prompting during app installation via Hexnode

Hi everyone, we have an iPad running iOS 18.6 with a Hexnode policy applied. The policy has some apps added as Required Apps, but the device keeps showing this pop-up:  “App installation – Sign in to iTunes to allow portal.hexnodemdm.com to manage and install apps.”  This keeps happening, and it’s causing trouble for users handling iPad. We don’t want users to sign in…

Revert policy association

Hi team, A policy was assigned accidentally to a bunch of devices. Can we undo this action quickly? Additionally, I would like to know the technician who made that policy assignment. Is that possible?
