App deployment issue in the scanners

Hey folks, I’ve got a zebra scanner running Android 14. I set an app as required with the policy, but it’s just not showing up on the device. Interesting thing is, the same app works fine on our other devices. Any idea what’s going on?

Are we moving from UEM to something of an autonomous nature?

Lately I’ve been feeling like traditional UEM is starting to hit a ceiling. Serious question. How are organizations planning to handle massive scale? We’re at almost 80k devices and already feeling the strain. I can’t imagine going anywhere near 500k without significantly growing the team.

While creating a user account, we provide a password. Can the user change the password to that of their choice when they login for the first time? In Windows I can see the option “User must change password at next login” but not in Mac. How does it work in mac?

Is there a way to see which exact Windows policy setting is not supported on a device

I see this "A few configurations added to the policy aren't supported by this device" for a policy I applied to my Windows 11 Pro device but I see no way of identifying which exact configuration is it referrring to.
