While creating a user account, we provide a password. Can the user change the password to that of their choice when they login for the first time? In Windows I can see the option “User must change password at next login” but not in Mac. How does it work in mac?

I see this "A few configurations added to the policy aren't supported by this device" for a policy I applied to my Windows 11 Pro device but I see no way of identifying which exact configuration is it referrring to.

How can I update the app icon for uploaded Windows applications? When I upload a custom enterprise Windows app (Okta Verify for example) I don't get the option to update the existing icon from the gear menu.
