Possible to completely disable usb connection on iphone?

Best case scenario would be to be able to wipe the phone on usb connect, although im not sure if its possible. Secone best case scenario would be to disable the iphone from connecting to any usb connection.

Hi, We have implemented Zscaler in our environment, and when we enabled ZIA (Zscaler Internet Access), all of our devices stopped syncing or checking in.
