Can I remove multiple pending disenrolled devices at once?
Hey folks, I’ve got a bunch of devices that were disenrolled ages ago, but they’re still hanging around in the portal. They haven’t checked in for days. Any idea how I can clear them out?

Hey everyone, I’m trying to configure a lock screen wallpaper for my devices, but I can’t seem to find the option anywhere in the policy settings. I created a policy, went through the usual sections, but the Lock Screen / Wallpaper configuration just isn’t showing up. Am I missing something here?
During the Hexnode Agent installation, it automatically places two icons on the users’ desktop, the Hexnode UEM icon and the Remote Assist icon. Is there a way to prevent those shortcuts from appearing? We’d like to disable the agent from creating desktop icons after installation.
When employees travel abroad, the challenge is ensuring they have instant connectivity without manual setup. Does hexnode provide any solution to address that techies??
Hey folks, I was checking the All Devices section under Device reports and noticed it shows the Build version column. Would be super handy if that could show up in the Manage tab too, so we can search devices by build directly.
Hi everyone, I’m currently working on customizing the password policy for our devices and had a question regarding account-level flexibility. Specifically, is there any way to exclude certain accounts from password reset requirements while enforcing the policy on others?
I’m working with TCC/PCCC permissions in UEM. Why would I need a Script Library instead of just relying on Policies? Shouldn’t Policies be enough?
Lately I’ve been feeling like traditional UEM is starting to hit a ceiling. We can automate policies, push scripts, schedule actions-but it still feels very “human-driven.” With fleets growing bigger (we’re heading toward ~200k devices), I’m wondering… is the future just more automation, or something fundamentally different?
Hey folks, is there a way to roll back OS updates that I’ve already deployed through Hexnode? I’m mainly looking at macOS and Windows devices.
Serious question. How are organizations planning to handle massive scale? We’re at almost 80k devices and already feeling the strain. I can’t imagine going anywhere near 500k without significantly growing the team.
While creating a user account, we provide a password. Can the user change the password to that of their choice when they login for the first time? In Windows I can see the option “User must change password at next login” but not in Mac. How does it work in mac?
Hey folks, I wanna sign in to Hexnode with my Google workspace account, like SSO login. How do I do that?
It is so annoying to have to use 2FA for actions that require password verification when we're already logged in to Hexnode. At least enable use of the Authenticator app we use to sign in so we're not getting a ton of 2FA emails.
When deleting an item from a group, there is a check box that says "Remember". Make it remember my action between sessions. I know it is removed.Make it a setting that is toggleable inside my account
I do a lot of group changes when we upgrade iPads. Adding to groups, removing from groups, but it isn't in batches (all these ipads need to be added, though it does happen as well). What I'm proposing is that when looking at a devices groups, to the left the of the search, if I…
When an action applied to a device fails I would love to just reinitiate the action by clicking a button right next to it instead of having to manually look for the action again in the menu
i think if you could add a fix compliance option that would be awesome, for example an action option to "install missing profiles" to all selected devices. "install all missing apps"
Hello, I would like more options in the Execute Custom Scripts policy. It would be nice to have various options like daily, weekly etc. If possibly customizable on the time and days the scripts get executed.
Current have to manage groups then add device. Would like to be able to add to group from the device page itself. Thanks.
Hexnode has great Help Center features. But unlike Hexnode Connect, I don't see a place to "Subscribe" or "Save" specific help documents. (Example) It would be great to allow us to create a library that we could sort or add tags to, making reference to the Help Center documents easier. If that is too much,…
Being able to reset an individual users data usage in the event they have reached the policy data limit would be useful. We have occasions where users reach their limit before the end of the month and sometimes we are ok for them to use more, we cant just reset their device stats to unblock…
Hi ! We have many policies and it would be usefull to be able to store them in "folders" (folders, Labels, ... Any tool to filter or organize policies would be usefull). Thank you !
Hi ! I've some custom scripts. Some of this scripts (few used) require arguments. And I don't remenber when I run the custom script how argument I've to add. If it will be possible to add comments when I upload a script, it will be possible to show this comment when I run a script…
Two enhancments to make the Action History easier to use when diagnosing a problem: 1) Make the status drop down a multi-select instead of a single one. I'd like to be able to see pending and in progress actions at the same time, for example. 2) Add a free form search to the filter. I'd…
