Do apps installed before disabling 'Allow Downloads' get removed automatically?

Hey everyone, I have got a question about app downloads. If users install apps when the “allow downloads” option is enabled, and then later we disable that setting, will those apps get removed automatically? Or does Hexnode only control future installations/uninstallations?

Google Workspace sync issue – new users not showing up

Hey everyone, we’re running into a strange issue with Google Workspace sync. When we try to enroll a user using their email, the user just doesn’t show up in Manage > Users in Hexnode. The domain is already connected with Hexnode, and this user was added recently in Google Admin also. Sync keeps failing though, and the user never gets pulled into Hexnode.

How to disable battery protection mode on Lenovo tablets?

Hey all, we have a bunch of Lenovo tablets that need to stay plugged into the charger at all times in kiosks, but then the “battery protection mode” keeps hindering with the charging! Turn off 2FA for actions that require password when we are already logged in

It is so annoying to have to use 2FA for actions that require password verification when we're already logged in to Hexnode. At least enable use of the Authenticator app we use to sign in so we're not getting a ton of 2FA emails.
