Where did the Lock Screen/Wallpaper policy go?

Hey everyone, I’m trying to configure a lock screen wallpaper for my devices, but I can’t seem to find the option anywhere in the policy settings. I created a policy, went through the usual sections, but the Lock Screen / Wallpaper configuration just isn’t showing up. Am I missing something here?

Can we disable the Hexnode UEM and Remote Assist icons from appearing on users’ desktops after agent setup?

During the Hexnode Agent installation, it automatically places two icons on the users’ desktop, the Hexnode UEM icon and the Remote Assist icon. Is there a way to prevent those shortcuts from appearing? We’d like to disable the agent from creating desktop icons after installation.

Are we moving from UEM to something of an autonomous nature?

Lately I’ve been feeling like traditional UEM is starting to hit a ceiling. We can automate policies, push scripts, schedule actions-but it still feels very “human-driven.” With fleets growing bigger (we’re heading toward ~200k devices), I’m wondering… is the future just more automation, or something fundamentally different?

Serious question. How are organizations planning to handle massive scale? We’re at almost 80k devices and already feeling the strain. I can’t imagine going anywhere near 500k without significantly growing the team.

Password change in created local user account

While creating a user account, we provide a password. Can the user change the password to that of their choice when they login for the first time? In Windows I can see the option “User must change password at next login” but not in Mac. How does it work in mac?

How to Identify the Technician Who Created an Account in Enterprise Plan?

I’m currently doing some spring cleaning in our instance and noticed a handful of new "Technician" accounts that I don’t recognize. Does anyone know how to identify which technician originally created an account? Oh yeah, I am using the Enterprise plan, so let me know if there's a way to do it in that specifically!

Turn off 2FA for actions that require password when we are already logged in

It is so annoying to have to use 2FA for actions that require password verification when we're already logged in to Hexnode. At least enable use of the Authenticator app we use to sign in so we're not getting a ton of 2FA emails.

Remember my selection

When deleting an item from a group, there is a check box that says "Remember". Make it remember my action between sessions. I know it is removed.Make it a setting that is toggleable inside my account
