Not able to view messages sent to device in kioskSolved

I cannot see the messages sent to my Android device which is locked in multi-app kiosk mode. Did I forget something?

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

Navigate to Peripheral settings–>Messenger.  Please enable the ‘View messages sent by admin’ option. On enabling this, the user will be able to see the messages sent by the administrator to the Kiosk devices from the Hexnode MDM console via the Hexnode messenger.
