I need to prevent iPhones to connecting to AirPrint printers? Any ways to do this?

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.
Please navigate to iOS–>Advanced Restrictions. Disable the ‘Air print’ option. This disallows printing with Air Print-compatible or shared printers wirelessly. The option is enabled by default. Please note to associate targets and save the policy.
