We’re excited to announce the launch of new and improved BitLocker actions for Windows devices in Hexnode.
We’ve enhanced the Force BitLocker Encryption remote action. Previously, it supported only OS and fixed drives, but now you can encrypt all types of drives, giving you the flexibility to secure exactly what you need. But that’s not all! We’ve also introduced some new BitLocker remote actions that will make managing your Windows devices more flexible than ever before:
- Unlock BitLocker: Remotely unlock a BitLocker-encrypted drive by specifying the drive name and recovery option.
- Force BitLocker Decryption: Instantly disable BitLocker on selected drives, remove the recovery key, and begin decrypting the data.
- Rotate BitLocker Recovery Key: Easily rotate and escrow recovery keys, either for all drives or for specific ones, as needed.
These updates are live and ready to use in your Hexnode portal, so go ahead and take full advantage of them!
