In today’s digital landscape, dynamic marketing is the real attention-grabber. No matter how massive a billboard or hoarding is, a well-designed visual ad playing on a big screen will always steal the show. Android TVs and Windows devices can be set up as digital signage, making them perfect for displaying multimedia content to attract users. If you’re looking to hook your audience, I’d say go all-in on digital signage displays, they’re the future of engaging advertising.

Wait, what? Windows supports digital signage too? First off, thanks for the suggestion, buddy! Our team reached out to Hexnode support, and we got digital signage set up on our Samsung TVs, they’re working great so far. But I had no idea we could do the same with Windows.

We actually have a few custom-built CPUs made from scrap, mostly collecting dust at our reception areas (and yeah, doubling as paperweights for the bigger sheets in the facilities). If Windows digital signage is a solid option, we’d love to put them to use. What do you think, Windows or Android? Which one’s the better choice?

I’ll definitely try to get those Windows machines up and running (A lot of dirt to handle). I recently came across a post saying Hexnode is planning to implement digital signage on Windows soon, and they’re supporting URLs as signage.
