Hey there! We’re excited to introduce a new capability for custom technician roles in Hexnode UEM. 

Previously, only technicians with the admin role could upload apps, contents, and reports to the Hexnode portal, while custom technician roles were restricted from doing so. But that’s changing! With this latest update, custom technicians can now add apps, upload content, and schedule reports directly from the portal.

This enhancement empowers custom technicians to configure policies and execute remote actions more efficiently, streamlining device management like never before.
