Hey all, we know Samsung Knox offers defense-grade, hardware-level security, protecting devices from boot-up to runtime against threats, tampering, and data breaches. With its new plans, it provides even more versatile security and management solutions for businesses. Has anyone else checked out the new plans from Samsung Knox Suite?

They have divided it into three plans: Base, Essentials, and Enterprise. They are trying to cover all kinds of businesses, from small startups to big corporations. The Base Plan is free with Galaxy devices, which could be a good fit for small businesses that need Knox Mobile Enrollment and the Knox Platform for Enterprise.

Yeah, I saw that. I’ve been reading about it in some articles.

My opinion: Essentials Plan looks like a good deal to me. It includes Knox Manage and Knox Remote Support, which might be useful for mid-sized companies that need to manage and troubleshoot their devices.

Yeah, but don’t you think it’s a bit too specific? I mean, all businesses might not even need all those features.

That’s a valid point. I think the Essential plan is better and more compatible compared to the Enterprise plan (just my personal opinion).

But hey, Knox Manage now supports Wear OS 4.0, so they’re definitely making progress!

Smartwatches are becoming more and more important, especially in healthcare and logistics. Samsung’s new feature that lets you pair and detach bulk enrollments could save a lot of time.

I think it’s a great idea, but it might be too complicated for some people. If complexity is what you’re looking for, why not just go for the Enterprise plan? It’s designed for larger organizations with advanced tools like Knox E-FOTA and Asset Intelligence, allowing IT admins to remotely manage firmware updates on Samsung devices while providing deep insights into device usage, health, and performance for better IT asset management.

Woah! Chill! I’m not defending anything here, but Samsung is definitely making things more accessible. Their Knox Base plan already offers a solid foundation for security and management, and with partnerships across multiple MDM providers, including Hexnode, Knox Mobile Enrollment makes device management even smoother for businesses.
