With the new App Updates policy, you can now efficiently manage patches and updates for all your applications, ensuring they remain secure and up-to-date.

Head over to Policies > Windows > Patches & Updates > App Updates and start configuring your policies today.
What’s New?
Maintenance Window
You can now define a maintenance window for application updates to ensure minimal disruption to your work. You can choose one of these options:
- Outside of device’s Active Hours: Perform updates outside the device’s active hours.
- Set a Maintenance Window: Schedule specific days and times for updates.
The maintenance window must be at least 4 hours.
Auto Update Preferences
Choose how app updates are applied:
- Update All Apps: Automatically update all applications on the device.
- Update Targeted Apps Only: Focus on specific apps as per your app update policy.
- Scan for Updates Only: Detect available updates without applying them automatically.
Why It Matters?
- Reduce security risks with timely updates.
- Minimize downtime by scheduling updates during non-critical hours.
- Gain flexibility to manage updates based on your organization’s needs.
