Hi everyone, recently I found that certain apps in my corporate devices are draining excessive data and storage. I want to know the bundle ID and bundle size of those apps. Where can I find this in the portal?

Hi @Timo Liam . Thank you for your inquiry. You can identify apps that drain excessive data from Reports > Built-in-Reports > Data Management Reports > Apps in Hexnode UEM.
After identifying the required apps from the data management reports, you can find their bundle ID and bundle size in the Apps tab by following the steps below:
- Navigate to Apps tab.
- Select Apps, then click on the required app’s icon.
- The App details page will appear. The Size and Identifier fields indicate the bundle size and ID of the app respectively.

Hi @Timo Liam , consider checking if the apps are updated, as newer versions include optimizations for reducing data usage and storage. Additionally, cached data, offline/downloaded contents (like music, videos, or documents), and high-resolution media can drain excessive data and storage.
