Unable to Enroll Windows Device

We’re trying to enroll a Windows device into Hexnode, but during enrollment it throws an error saying the device is already enrolled and asks for co-management. We double-checked and there’s no other MDM configured on the device. Has anyone faced this before? How do we fix it?

Hey, I used the App configurations policy to apply a custom app configuration profile to the Safari browser, where a key was created to delete browser history older than 7 days automatically. It is so annoying to have to use 2FA for actions that require password verification when we're already logged in to Hexnode. At least enable use of the Authenticator app we use to sign in so we're not getting a ton of 2FA emails.
