Hello all,
Lately, the Email accounts which we configured via Policies>iOS>Email aren’t working as expected. Is anybody facing the same issue?

Hi Vera.
I, too, have faced issues related to configuring Email settings on iOS devices, though I am not sure what exactly is your issue but see if this helps.
Hi Wyatt.
Thank you for your help. But this doesn’t cover the issue we are facing. We have trouble configuring the Email accounts. Is there any other workaround for the same?
Hi @vera-lopez,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We suggest that you try configuring your Email accounts through the Exchange ActiveSync policy with OAuth enabled.
Please follow the below steps for configuring Exchange ActiveSync:
1. Navigate to Policies->iOS->Accounts->Exchange ActiveSync and click Configure.
2. Configure the different settings for Exchange ActiveSync such as Account Name, User, Domain and make sure OAuth is enabled.
3. Associate targets and save the policy.
Check out the help doc on Exchange ActiveSync for more info.
Hope to hear from you soon.

Hi Carl,
It works as expected but after authenticating the account on the device end. So, do we have to add the password on all devices manually?
Hi @vera-lopez!
I hope you are doing well.
You must manually enter the password, as no other options are available. This works as per the flow provided by Apple.
