Access Denied message when phones receive incoming callsSolved

I’ve had several users now comment that their phone receives an Access Denied message when they receive calls. They are unable to answer and the only way to clear the message is to restart the phone.

  • Operating system
  • Enrolment type
  • Subscription plan
  • Error message displayed
  • Policy configuration summary
  • List of blacklisted/whitelisted apps (if any)
