Andrew is a principal analyst serving infrastructure and operations professionals. Andrew’s research focuses on helping companies improve the technology experience of their anywhere and hybrid workforces. Specifically, his coverage area focuses on all the key components of the digital workplace, such as end user experience management, end user computing, unified endpoint management (UEM), virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), bring your own device (BYOD), device as a service (DaaS), and enterprise mobility. He also looks at how companies can transform the physical working environment to improve employee experience. Andrew is a frequent keynote speaker at industry events, and his insights have been included in publications such as BizTech Magazine, ComputerWorld, CNN, Reuters, TechTarget, and ZDNet. Andrew is based in Boulder, Colorado.

Phil Hochmuth is the Program Vice President for endpoint device management and enterprise mobility at IDC. His research covers all enterprise end-user device management, with a focus on the key software markets of Client Endpoint Management (CEM), Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and Mobile Device Management (MDM). His end-user research focuses on how enterprise IT organizations deploy and manage endpoint device use cases, ranging from PCs and Macs to smartphones, tablets, and user-interfacing or "workspace" IoT devices. Phil is a member of IDC's Future of Work research team council, covering how enterprises devices and management fit into emerging new workplace models. His coverage also reaches into enterprise mobile security, including mobile threat management, and mobile device operating system security trends. He is based in IDC’s headquarters in Needham, MA.

Jay McBain is one of the most visible and respected thought leaders in the global channel ecosystem. Named Global Channel Influencer of the Year by Channel Futures Magazine, Top 40 Under Forty by the Business Review, as well as numerous channel magazines top thought leadership lists, he is often sought out for industry guidance and future trends. He has spent his 30-year career in various executive channel sales, marketing, and strategy roles within IBM, Lenovo, Autotask, ChannelEyes, and Forrester. Jay is chief analyst at Canalys - the world's leading research firm with a distinct focus on channels, partnerships, alliances, and ecosystems.

Paul Hettesheimer is the Vice President of Sales for the US regions at Hexnode. With over 35 years of experience in the high-tech industry, Paul brings a wealth of expertise in sales, engineering, marketing, operations, and customer service. His exceptional technical aptitude, strong focus on customer service, and process orientation contribute to corporate growth. His leadership aspects in developing skilled teams, combined with his proficiency in project management and strategic planning, has consistently driven success and expansion. His role encompasses not only guiding sales initiatives but also enhancing Hexnode's presence and effectiveness in the US market.

Blake Neate is the Sales Director for the UK region. With a diverse background in software, hardware, SaaS, and security solutions, his expertise lies in consultative sales and management. Blake is excellent at establishing long-lasting business relationships because of his customer-focused attitude, solid technical understanding, and genuine interest in understanding his client's business goals. Known for his enthusiasm for achieving goals, he is in a great position to support development and provide excellent customer service. In his free time, Blake enjoys being with his family and also makes room for his interests such as football, films, and stand-up comedy.

Kevin James Taylor is the Manager-Channel Sales at Hexnode. Renowned for his expertise in channel partnerships, account management, and a consultative sales approach, he has consistently met or exceeded quotas over the years. Kevin is known for building genuine, long-lasting relationships based on honesty, drawing from his experience on both the reseller and manufacturer sides to create a unique approach that resonates with partners and prospects. Kevin collaborates with the marketing team at Hexnode to develop go-to-market strategies, hires and empowers important channel partners, and increases brand awareness through events and co-marketing initiatives. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, grilling, watching or playing sports, going to the gym, and attending autograph shows.
