Dr. Nobles is a cybersecurity professional and human factors engineer that focuses on the intersectionality of cyber and human behavior with more than 25 years of experience. He is the Department Chair and Associate Professor for Information Technology and Management at Illinois Institute of Technology. Previously, he worked at Wells Fargo as a Vice President supporting Identity Access Management. He recently completed a Cybersecurity Policy Fellowship with the New America Think Tank in Washington, DC.
