Jen Yong is the Founder & CEO of SYNDES^® Technologies Sdn Bhd; a fully-grown company in Malaysia which pursues information technology and services by delivering the most suitable solution to cater the on-going trend of enterprise mobility. A devoted entrepreneur by soul, Jen started as a software developer during her post-graduation days. As days go by, it eventually built-up her unwavering passion to evolve as a seasoned entrepreneur. She focuses on the enterprise mobility zones spanning multiple areas from mobile wireless optimization, mobile security, sales & marketing, to business operations.

As time goes by, Jen has led the company in achieving several well-recognized & renowned awards in Malaysia. Exceptionally in the recent year, SYNDES filled up the window of glory achievement such as Digital and Technology Business Excellence Awards 2019, Emerging SME in Golden Bull 2018 and featured as one of the Top 10 APAC Enterprise Mobility Solution Provider – 2018 by CIO Advisor Magazine.
