We hope you enjoyed attending Hexnode’s inaugural Partner Summit ?
Partners have always been a critical link to connect with our communities across the world. We, being better together, are committed to build and maintain a good rapport.
We expect that this year’s Partner Summit was a great opportunity for our partners to get connected, engaged and gain exclusive insights to move forward to the road to success together.
A closer look at the Hexnode Partner Summit Closing Keynote
Firstly, we wanted to take the time to recognize what our partners have accomplished amidst all the uncertainties with Hexnode. The closing keynote began with Apu Pavithran, Founder and CEO at Hexnode, announcing the long-awaited Partner Award winners. The award winners were selected based on their contributions to communities, exemplary customer service and, of course, the growth in client relationships over the years.
Before the winners were revealed, we were given a brief account of the perks that come with winning the awards. This includes getting mentions within Hexnode blogs, website and monthly newsletter along with receiving a physical award and a digital badge which the winners can display on their website.

The sales story of the year award went to one of Hexnode’s resellers from Peru, FAOnet. In a year of unexpected hurdles and inspiring tales of success, picking out the best sales story was not an easy task. However, the story of FAOnet appeared to be the most impactful.
Their client deployed large number of devices with strict requirements and the ease with which FAOnet assisted them was remarkable. They clocked a 120 percent improvement in staff productivity.
Freddie Alvarez, CEO of FS SAC thanked Hexnode for giving him this recognition. He praised Hexnode’s commitment during the pandemic to provide companies a secure way to get ahead of every new opportunity.
The Do-Gooder award was bagged by MobileXtra, who helped an NGO in Canada address various challenges pertaining to limitations on budget and internal resources.
The tablets deployed as kiosks were used to connect with loved ones and made it easier for the elderly to have access to various online programs.
INTRATEM was recognized as the Partner of the year 2021, the most coveted award of the day. They were selected based on their impressive sales figures and customer retention records.
Apu appreciated the team’s feature suggestions and the enthusiasm they showed in being a part of the Partner Summit.
It was indeed a proud moment for all of us here to see our partners expand the potential of Hexnode to deliver unmatched experiences to their clients.
Plans to help Partners Grow
Partners are an integral part to the success of any business. To collaborate more strategically with our partners, we are planning on integrating some essential add ons to transform some of the current programs. One of the key highlights of Hexnode Partner Summit Closing Keynote was the unveiling of some of these plans in the pipeline that would be implemented in the near future.
Multiple Cards for Subscription Payment
This would make the process of managing subscriptions much easier. You can avail the option of multiple cards for subscription payments and split payment between different cards.
Revamp of the Partner Portal
The existing partner portal would be revamped to include more marketing engagements, analytics and reports. There are also plans in place to add further region–specific and industry–specific marketing collateral in multiple languages.
The future ahead
Hexnode’s Partner Summit closing keynote concluded with Apu emphasizing on the role Hexnode is going to play in the post–Covid world. To meet the challenges of a world increasingly going digital, the Hexnode team would be working the extra mile to ensure business continuity and digital transformation in the years to come. He thanked all partners for the support they have shown and hoped they would continue to spread the word on Hexnode to help businesses across the world stay afloat.
This officially concludes Hexnode Partner Summit. Be safe and see you all next year ?
